The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally while leading project initiatives. You’ll manage client projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective project execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills. Responsibilities: • Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees. • Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team. • Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges. • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities • Supervise the warehouse's daily activities, including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination. • Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels. • Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met. • Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects. • Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies. • Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes. • May be required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects. • Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time. • Identify process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy). What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities): • 3+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment • Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly • Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees • An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment • Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Attractive Salary and Lucrative Compensation Plan: Earn what you deserve with our competitive and rewarding salary package.
