Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate/Senior Associate – Vendor Onboarding to join our Procurement Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Vendor Management, SAP MM, SaaS-based Procurement Platforms, MS Office, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor onboarding activities, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving process efficiency through data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Onboarding & Management  Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding processes, including document collection, verification, due diligence, and system registration.  Coordinate with vendors through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.  Ensure vendor master data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.  Support vendor lifecycle management activities, including updates and maintenance of vendor records. SAP & Procurement Operations:  Work extensively on SAP MM and SaaS-based procurement platforms for vendor onboarding and master data management.  Coordinate between procurement, finance, compliance, and business teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.  Resolve onboarding-related issues and provide operational support to stakeholders. Dashboard & Reporting  Develop and maintain management dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers using MS Excel and other reporting tools.  Analyze onboarding metrics and generate actionable insights for management.  Monitor onboarding turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement. Stakeholder Management  Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements and provide timely support.  Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.  Ensure effective communication and follow-up with all stakeholders to achieve onboarding targets. Required Qualifications & Experience:  Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field.  Minimum 2+ years of experience in Vendor Onboarding, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, or SAP MM.  Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SaaS Procurement Platforms.  Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.  Experience in dashboard development, MIS reporting, and data analysis. Preferred Experience  Experience working in procurement shared services or vendor master management environments.  Exposure to compliance, audit, and supplier due diligence processes.  Knowledge of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes and vendor governance frameworks.
