About the role
To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.
Expectations/ Requirements
- 1Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area (Rural) of operations.
- 2Visibility and Accountability through sale of the financial products.
- 3Identify and recruit the sales team (FSE) to align and drive business in the market.
- 4Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
- 5Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
- 6Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
- 7Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
- 8Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
- 9Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
- 10Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
- 11Sale of cross sales product to existing and new merchants like Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, GOLD SIP etc along with Upgrades for the merchant
- 12Good understanding of lending products
- 13Able to train and groom the manpower allocated to him
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
