Supply Chain Specialist

We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will own a portfolio of categories and suppliers, ensuring strong product availability while keeping inventory healthy and waste under control. Specifically, you will: • Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories • Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times) • Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health • Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering • Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers • Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability What we’re looking for • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or similar role • Strong analytical mindset and communication skills • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus • Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or e-commerce is an advantage • Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is a plus • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English What we offer • Fair pay – competitive fixed salary, no politics or hidden bonuses. • Good food every day – free fruit, snacks, coffee & soft drinks, plus Kifli Premium Membership with 10% cashback on every purchase. • Life, not just work – unlimited paid vacation to recharge when you need it. • Real growth – Kifli is growing fast, and so can you.
