We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help lead the technical future of Convert — our suite of products that give marketing and growth teams the tools to experiment, personalize, and drive real revenue from their web presence.
The next chapter is ambitious: we're serving some of the world’s largest enterprises and rethinking what a modern, AI-native conversion platform can be. This is a cross-team technical leadership role, which means you’re working across a large, complex, revenue-generating system and figuring out what it needs to become. You'll partner directly with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design to turn that vision into something you can actually ship.
