Sales Long Tail Expansion focuses on revenue growth within Uber Freight Mexico’s existing customer base through cross-selling, expansion selling, churn recovery, and development of medium sized accounts with high growth potential across Customs, Cross Border, Intermodal, LTL, Pooling and Intra-Mexico services.
Qué Hará el Candidato
• Drive revenue growth within assigned book of business through expansion selling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customers including new BTCs, divisions, plants, ports of entry, and transportation modes.
• Execute Long Tail strategy focused on increasing wallet share and reducing customer churn.
• Analyze customer trends including YoY growth/decrease, inactivity, modal opportunities and operational gaps.
• Develop and execute strategic account expansion plans for top assigned accounts.
• Prospect and engage current Uber Freight customers for additional services including:
o Customs
o Cross-Border Transportation
o Intermodal
o LTL
o Pooling
o Intra-Mexico
• Conduct regular QBRs and business reviews with customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Product and
• Customs teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene including opportunity management, account mapping, BTC creation tracking and customer activity documentation.
• Recover lost or inactive customers through structured reengagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and SDR teams to identify expansion opportunities.
Cualificaciones Básicas
• 7+ years in logistics, transportation, customs or supply chain related industries.
• 7+ years in sales, account management or customer growth functions.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and expansion strategies preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of Uber Freight Mexico service portfolio.
• Knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs brokerage and domestic transportation.
• Salesforce CRM expertise.
• Strong analytical and data mining capabilities.
• Understanding of account growth metrics and customer segmentation.
