As a Solutions Engineer at voize, you own the full technical journey of our customers - from the first presales check to ongoing operations. You’re the primary technical point of contact , bridging voize and customer IT. By validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, solving technical issues, and scaling deployments, you ensure a smooth experience and long-term success. 🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike • Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations • Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator • Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and empathy • Support technical scaling (e.g. growing user bases, infra changes) • Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration • Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, docs, or processes 🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table • Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, APIs) • Solid experience with virtualisation, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing • Excellent troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices • Clear communicator with empathy for both technical and non-technical users • Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs • Experience with start-ups will help you thrive in this role • You’re confident in German (C2) to support customers and fluent in English (C1) to work closely with colleagues - we’ll support you with language courses if needed. 🌱 Growing together – what you can expect at voize • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving healthcare professionals more time for real patient care • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely from Germany • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options • Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible • You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up. ✨ Ready to talk?
