The solution engineer is a highly technical, core member of the sales and customer success organization, aligning our cutting-edge observability and agentic AI technologies with our enterprise customers' architectures. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning the long-term architectural relationship and deep-tech integrations for our top-tier enterprise logos.
Location: Hybrid (3 days from the office)
Workweek: Monday–Friday
