Responsibilities We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to help build the distributed backend that powers our AI agent platform and the developer-facing products around it. You'll work on the event-driven services, real-time integrations, and APIs that enable agents to reliably perform real work while contributing to systems designed to scale rapidly.
In this role, you will
- Build and enhance scalable backend services that process work reliably in distributed environments.
- Develop developer-facing APIs, integrations, and tooling, including real-time services, gateways, and CLIs.
- Integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into production applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from implementation and testing to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in thoughtful code reviews and collaborative engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and optimize performance as our platform grows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, AI researchers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality developer products.
