ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pre-Sales team works with Group-IB clients to deliver deployment and customization of solutions for the customer's site. You will serve as the client's technical advisor, ensuring the successful operation of solutions and providing sales support to the team.
YOUR MISSION
• Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders, including field sales, channel partners, other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including but not limited to, conducting Proofs of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions, building BOQ, writing proposals, delivering product-specific presentations, and providing technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
• Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB’s products, including Fraud Protection.
• Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within the target customers; this includes, but is not limited to, presenting and articulating our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audiences (including C-levels).
• Preparation of project documentation, including the sales bid process by responding to complex RFIs & RFPs.
• Elaboration with customers of the product implementation architecture.
• Project management and control of pre-sale activities.
• A major focus will be on the portfolio offered by Group-IB.
• Ensuring the functioning of the solution on pilots and during the subscription by aligning with clients' use cases, success criteria, integration needs, post-sales support, etc.
• Become a true expert with Group-IB’s solutions to best qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Investigate and optimize a solution’s fit to the requirements of an opportunity, both current and future.
• Interface with Product Management teams to provide feedback from clients about product requirements & features enhancement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in security Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales role.
• Professional security-related qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, CCIE or equivalent will be a plus.
• Client-centric mindset and approach with ability to be the opportunity owner, taking lead and working with cross-functioning teams including professional services, product management, sales, Pre-sales, engineers, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong passion for cybersecurity, fraud protection and high-tech technologies.
• Have strong hands-on knowledge of networking technologies & fundamental concepts and fraud protection solutions.
• Familiarity with widely accepted frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
• Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of cybersecurity solutions, including NTA, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Email Security, Sandboxing, Antivirus/EDR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence platforms.
• Comfortable with concepts like threat hunting and incident response in an operational Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• In-depth awareness of the cybersecurity market landscape, including leading vendors and evolving technologies.
• Understand the principles of cybersecurity and the technologies used to ensure it on an enterprise level.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
