Senior Manager, People Operations

The People team at Lalamove is responsible for building scalable people frameworks as the company continues its expansion globally.  We are a next-gen people team comprising of serial start-up gurus, in-house recruiters, business executives and generalists who all share the same passion for the people function and believe people is the single most important factor that drives the success of our company.      All great people teams are built on rock solid operations - as the business needs continue to evolve, we are now seeking a Senior Manager, focusing on people operations.  Adhering to our promise of creating value for our employees by providing the opportunity to grow, a stage to shine and a promising future - the scope of the role entails leading entire vertical of people administration, employee services, welfare, global payroll and people technologies and workflows.   The role will report to and work closely with the Vice President, People, based in Hong Kong.
