We are looking for an LMS Administrator to serve as the subject matter expert for our Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform . You will own end-to-end LMS administration, ensuring seamless, high-quality learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners while driving efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. How will you make an impact? Own day-to-day LMS administration , configuration, and system maintenance. Manage and maintain learning objects (ILT, eLearning, certifications, assessments) and system settings (assignments, approvals, notifications). Administer user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls . Provide operational support—troubleshooting issues, handling requests, and managing escalations. Execute bulk data operations, transcript management , and data governance activities. Review and test CSOD quarterly releases , ensuring system readiness and quality. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support learning analytics. Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams (Training, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth delivery and continuous system optimization. Have you got what it takes? Required Skills & Experience 4 to 7 years of work experience Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms. Strong expertise in LMS configuration, content setup, and transcript management . Solid understanding of learning operations and LMS workflows . Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Working knowledge of SCORM/API standards , HTML/CSS/JavaScript , and REST APIs . Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Behavioral Skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement . Good to have Experience with automation tools or scripting Exposure to AI-enabled workflows Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint What’s in it for you?
