Sales Manager Peru (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager Peru (m/f/d) , you will be at the core of our retail expansion strategy, managing and growing our network of Flix shops and agencies across Peru. You will play a key role in bringing affordable, sustainable travel to even more people through our offline sales channels. About the Role • Work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on key strategic projects within the sales department • Monitor and steer shop performance across the network, maintaining a structured overview of the most relevant KPIs • Plan, execute, report and document shop and agency projects in a highly self-organized manner • Roll out new Flix shops and support existing ones, including commercial planning and quality management • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across teams and markets • Act as the key point of contact and strategic advisor for the Peruvian shop organization • Apply traditional and/or agile project management methodologies depending on the nature of each project About You • Excellent Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field • First proven experience in a project management role • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities • Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including at an international level • Passion for supporting people and facilitating the success of projects, teams and individuals • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers, paired with a creative mindset, a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership • Driven to take on new challenges and see them through to meaningful results • Fluent in English and Spanish — additional languages are a plus We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
