💡 Your Mission: Own the Sales Process and Drive Growth! As Sales Enablement Manager , you’ll empower our go-to-market teams with the training, tools, and insights they need to excel. You’ll build scalable onboarding, develop continuous learning initiatives, and shape the way we sell voize – making sure each sales conversation is impactful, aligned, and efficient. Your work will directly accelerate our growth, sharpen our sales strategy, and amplify our mission to transform healthcare through AI.
🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike • Design and run engaging onboarding and development programs for SDRs and AEs that drive rapid ramp-up and long-term success
• Create impactful enablement content (e.g. playbooks, messaging frameworks, objection handling guides) and keep resources up to date and easy to use
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and clarity in our value proposition and messaging
• Identify and roll out tools, processes, and training that improve deal velocity, win rates, and overall productivity
• Analyze performance data to spot patterns, coach for improvement, and iterate on enablement strategies
🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table • Proven track record in sales enablement or sales with a strong understanding of what drives team performance and learning
• Passion for learning and development , with the ability to design engaging and effective training experiences
• Curious and reflective mindset – you actively look for ways to uncover challenges and improve how things work
• Strong communicator with an engaging presence – you energize others and make knowledge stick
• Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like HubSpot, or similar sales and enablement platforms
• You speak both German & proficient English to support our customers in Germany and collaborate with the team
