We've secured our pension fund license - a first-of-its-kind in Belgium - and momentum is building fast. As we scale, every new hire shapes our path, and as a key first touchpoint to the market, your role will be uniquely impactful. What You'll Own As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be one of the pioneers in connecting Warren to future clients - introducing organisations and their teams to a new way of thinking about financial wellbeing. This is not a routine, scripted sales job. You’ll operate with autonomy, experiment with new tactics, and play a foundational role in how we engage the market. You’ll be forging connections where none exist yet - turning cold leads into warm relationships.
