The role: We are seeking a part-time Sales Consultant, Financial Services to drive LATAM market development for HashSphere (our private, enterprise-grade distributed ledger platform built on Hedera technology), as well as asset tokenization/markets software - specifically in the financial services sector in Latin America. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this consultant will be embedded close to the region's financial services ecosystem - including leading banks, fintechs, central banks, and capital markets participants. The engagement is structured as a part-time consultant arrangement, with scope focused on pipeline development, relationship cultivation, and deal support across LATAM. In this role, you will: • Own LATAM pipeline development for HashSphere and tokenization/markets software across target financial institutions • Identify and qualify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, central banks, custodians, and capital markets participants in the region • Engage senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to understand business problems and transformation goals • Position HashSphere and asset tokenization as mission-critical solutions for enterprise use cases in regulated LATAM financial markets • Coordinate with Hashgraph's global sales, product, and solutions teams to shape and progress opportunities • Represent Hashgraph at key LATAM financial services events, industry forums, and partner networks • Provide structured market intelligence and feedback on regulatory, competitive, and commercial dynamics across the region • Support the development and localization of sales materials, proposals, and business cases for LATAM audiences What success looks like in 6-12 months: • A qualified pipeline of LATAM opportunities is established and progressing with documented stakeholder alignment • Key relationships are built at target institutions in Brazil, Mexico, and at least two additional LATAM markets • Multiple pilot or commercial engagements initiated with a LATAM financial institution • Market intelligence reports are delivered regularly to inform Hashgraph's LATAM go-to-market strategy • You are recognized as a trusted operator and regional voice for Hashgraph in LATAM financial services What you bring: Core capabilities: • Proven track record of building enterprise relationships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in LATAM financial markets • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish - ability to engage at the C-suite level natively across Brazil, Mexico, and broader LATAM • Demonstrated ability to run disciplined sales processes using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDPICC) • Experience selling technical products or platforms (cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or emerging tech) to regulated financial institutions • High degree of ownership in pipeline creation, qualification, and deal progression • Deep understanding of LATAM financial services dynamics, regulatory environments, and enterprise buyer behavior Functional expertise: • Background selling into LATAM financial services, enterprise tech, or regulated industries - particularly banks, fintechs, or capital markets participants • Experience working with technical buyers and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and solutions • Familiarity with blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, or digital assets (not required, but valuable) • Existing network within LATAM financial services, central banks, or multilateral institutions (e.g., CAF, IDB) is a strong asset • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage commercial environment with limited playbook - you help build the motion A note on location: Candidates must be based in the Sao Paulo area to be considered for this role.
