Job Overview

At bunq, we move faster than legacy banks dare to. As we execute some of the most ambitious strategic initiatives in European fintech. New entities, new markets, new structures - we need someone who turns high-level strategy into operational reality, on a non-negotiable timeline. • This is the kind of role that doesn't come around often. If you are ready to fast-track your career and do the most impactful work of your life - this is your moment. • You will be at the centre of one of the most ambitious expansion stories in European fintech, with direct visibility at the highest level of the company from day one. • This is not a consulting role. It is not a coordination role. It is a hands-on strategic execution role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. If you are energized by building from scratch, driving accountability across every department, and delivering when the stakes are real - THIS is your role. What you will own • Execute Strategic Initiatives Your first mission is a company-wide initiative with a non-negotiable timeline. You will own every practical detail, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, contracts, workflows, from day one. No handover. No existing playbook. Just you, the Chief of Staff, and the Head of Legal. 2. Turn Blueprints into Reality You take high-level legal and strategic plans and translate them into concrete, actionable steps. You cut through ambiguity, assign clear ownership, and make sure nothing is lost between the whiteboard and the real world. No fluff, no abstract theories , relentless execution. 3. Build the Machine for Scale Beyond this initial mission, you will build the playbook for how bunq executes its most complex strategic initiatives, launching new entities, integrating partners, restructuring at a pace our competitors can't match, all while maintaining perfect control and clarity. What you build here will outlast this project.
