Job Overview

Scopely is looking for a Producer to join our Marketing team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day—whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a distributed team of game lovers developing, publishing, and innovating within the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world every day.

We are Flamed, Scopely's in-house creative agency: an international, multidisciplinary team that produces thousands of creative assets every year to support the marketing needs of Scopely's portfolio of games.

What You Will Do As a Producer, you will help coordinate the production and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet quality expectations, and stay aligned with production priorities. You'll work closely with artists, creative leads, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver

a high volume of creative projects.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of 2D and 3D assets for marketing and

in-game content.

  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Support internal teams and external creative partners by organizing workloads and

monitoring progress.

  • Coordinate asset reviews, approvals, and feedback cycles.
  • Maintain clear communication between stakeholders throughout the production process.
  • Help identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating them when appropriate.
  • Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high quality

standard.

  • Contribute to improving production workflows, tools, and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or project

management within creative services, advertising, marketing, or game development.

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience coordinating creative asset production is a plus.
  • Passion for video games and creative production.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in the video games or mobile games industry is a plus.

Please include a portfolio, resume, or examples of projects you've coordinated as part of your application.
