Why we exist Belgium’s pension landscape is overdue for a revolution. Low-yield products, zero transparency, and paperwork that belongs in the nineties. Meanwhile, employees have no idea what their pension will actually look like, and HR teams have given up explaining it.

That’s where WARREN comes in. We’re pioneering Wealth Enablement: a new category that makes pension, benefits and investing modern, transparent, and genuinely valued. Employers love us because we help them attract and retain talent. Employees love us because their money finally works for them.

We’ve secured our pension fund license, a first-of-its-kind in Belgium, and we’re now in full growth mode. To keep winning in the market, we need someone who can turn pension complexity into commercial clarity. That’s you.

What you’ll own You’ll be the pension brain of our sales team: the person prospects trust, the colleague reps rely on, and the force behind the sales tools and narratives that open doors.

This isn’t a back-office advisory role. You’ll be in the room with prospects (and on the calls, and in the demos) translating the deep complexity of Belgian 2nd pillar pension into crisp, compelling propositions that land.

You’ll build the knowledge infrastructure that lets Warren sell smarter: playbooks, comparison tools, objection guides, and the functional expertise that turns a “maybe” into a “when do we start?”

The day to day 01

Be the Pension Authority in Every Sales Conversation • Join discovery calls, demos, and proposal meetings as the go-to pension expert.

  • Answer the hard questions on scheme design, group insurance vs. OFP structures, tax efficiency,… clearly and confidently.
  • Help prospects understand the real cost of their current pension setup and the opportunity cost of inaction.
  • Build credibility with HR directors, CFOs, and benefit managers who’ve heard it all before.

Develop Sales Enablement Tools • Build and maintain a library of battle cards, competitor comparisons, and objection-handling guides.

  • Create clear, prospect-facing materials: pension explainers, ROI calculators, scheme design summaries.
  • Develop onboarding content that gets new sales reps up to speed on pension fundamentals fast.
  • Work with marketing to translate technical pension concepts into content that actually gets shared.

Define & Land Functional Fit with Prospects • Lead functional fit assessments: map prospect needs to Warren’s capabilities and surface gaps early.

  • Design tailored pension scheme proposals in collaboration with the sales team while also linking in with the internal organization.
  • Support RFP and tender responses with accurate, well-structured technical content.
  • Feed learnings from prospect conversations back into product and proposition development.

Build Internal Expertise • Own the internal knowledge base on Belgian 2nd pillar pension regulation and market practice.

  • Run regular knowledge sessions to keep the broader team sharp on regulatory updates (WAP, IORP II, sector plans, etc.).
  • Act as a sounding board for the product team when pension logic shapes platform decisions.

You Are • A pension professional with 3–5+ years in employee benefits: group insurance, HR consulting, benefit brokerage, or a pension fund.

  • Fluent in Belgian 2nd pillar pension: CAO structures, vested rights, tax treatment, WAP obligations, and scheme design trade-offs.
  • Someone who can simplify without dumbing down: you make complex things click for non-experts.
  • Commercially minded: you understand what sales teams need and you enjoy being part of the deal.
  • A great communicator: you’re just as comfortable in a boardroom presentation as in a Slack thread.
  • Curious and self-directed: you don’t wait to be asked; you spot what’s missing and build it.
  • Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. French is a genuine plus in a bilingual market.

Most importantly: you get excited when a prospect finally understands why their current plan is holding them back.
