Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Clinic Based Salary: £38,500 – £47,000 (FTE) Location: Surrey Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) About Our Client Our client provides specialist occupational therapy services to children aged 0–16 years in a clinic setting. Children may present with a range of diagnoses, including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Speech and Language delays/disorders, global developmental delay, or neurological conditions. The service is built around a child-centred approach, using a structured three-step process: • Identify: Comprehensive assessments to determine strengths and challenges. • Educate: Sharing knowledge with families and schools to ensure needs are understood and supported. • Accelerate: Delivering tailored therapy packages with individualised goals and activity programmes to help children reach their full potential. About the Role As an Occupational Therapist , you will: • Work as an autonomous practitioner managing a clinical caseload. • Undertake assessments using both standardised and informal tools. • Interpret assessment data and produce detailed clinical reports. • Develop child- and family-centred treatment plans using goal attainment scaling. • Deliver 1:1 and small group therapy sessions in the clinic. • Maintain high standards of clinical record keeping. • Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and manage risk.
