As an Outbound Account Executive , you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team driving growth and helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to succeed. We are currently building a new, high-performing outbound sales team in Germany . As an Account Executive – Outbound SMB , you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying target customers to successfully closing deals. You will work proactively in outbound sales , focusing on established small merchants (upmarket SMBs) with monthly transaction volumes above €15,000 . In this role, you are not a pure product seller , but a trusted solutions consultant , engaging customers as an equal partner, understanding their needs, and positioning the right payment and POS solutions .
