Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Consultant for a full-time position on a long-term insourcing contract. The role is designed for experienced professionals looking to work Monday to Friday, providing expert care and support in a specialized healthcare environment. This position is outside IR35, offering LTD payment options.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, developing tailored care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring data confidentiality.
• Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.
• Stay updated with advancements in OMFS techniques and integrate them into practice.
Required Skills:
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Proven experience in a consultant role within OMFS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Professional registration GDC.
