Job Overview
Position Summary
• TSIT Japan is a subsidiary of Toss Securities, established as the local entity to spearhead Toss Securities' expansion into the Japanese market.
• The Office Admin Junior will work closely with the Local Representative to manage the entity's operations and collaborate tightly with internal stakeholders at the Korea headquarters, including Global, Finance, HR, and Legal teams.
• This is a foundational role responsible for building the operational infrastructure of the local entity in Japan from the very early stages of market entry.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Administration & Coordination
• Support the establishment and optimization of internal systems and operational processes for the Japan entity.
• Manage legal contracts and all related corporate documentation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between local Japanese partners and internal stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for overall legal entity management.
Expense Administration & Payment Support
• Review corporate invoices and manage the end-to-end processing of business expenses.
• Operate and manage internal approval (Pum-ui) and settlement processes for corporate spending.
Office & Facility Management
• Oversee office facilities and corporate assets, including lease management, equipment, and security/access control.
• Manage relationships and communications with third-party vendors related to office operations.
• Support operational improvements and refine processes to enhance the workplace environment.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in Office Administration, Corporate Support, or General Affairs.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Fluent in Korean or English for professional business communication (Required).
• Strong attention to detail with a high sense of responsibility and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in business operations, corporate support, or contract management within the IT or financial services industry.
• Experience in setting up initial operations at a startup in Japan.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Labor Condition
• This position is based in Tokyo, Japan
• For non-Japanese candidates, you must meet the eligibility requirements for a Japanese work visa (Visa sponsorship is available).
• This is a one-year fixed-term contract position.
