Financial Analyst (Back Money Management) As a Financial Analyst in our team, you’ll be working closely with your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in eMAG. You’ll achieve this by analyzing actuals, identifying business opportunities and risks, while understanding and correlating different business elements. What you’ll have to do: • Be responsible for the supplier’s contractual and extra-contractual discounts on a business segment. • Ensure that all supplier discounts are accurately booked in the internal systems, properly monitored, and closed on time with the relevant invoices to reflect their impact on the financial statements. • Effectively manage the application of dedicated discounts while ensuring compliance. • Monitor invoice discounts to ensure timely invoicing and payment from suppliers, while ensuring that rebates are posted correctly in the rebate system according to commercial contracts. • Provide multi-dimensional financial analysis to support business decision-making based on current results and aligned with the company’s strategic direction. • Conduct periodic performance monitoring to analyze results and identify risks and opportunities for future decisions and projects. • Prepare recurring reports for company stakeholders and maintain a close relationship with them. • Get involved in different projects and constantly contribute to team efforts to become more efficient. • Constantly simplify workflows.
