We are changing the food system to be more sustainable, healthier, and highly automated. Role Overview As Engagement Manager , you are the guardian of Rohlik’s brand voice across Europe. Your mission is to scale our distinctive tone of voice across all markets while pioneering AI-driven content creation. We’ve built our own AI Copy Agent that powers a large part of our content. You will own, train, and continuously optimize this AI ecosystem. While you drive AI automation, your human creativity remains vital: you will personally craft the copy for our major, high-impact brand campaigns. Your Key Responsibilities • AI Agent Ownership: Continuously train our AI Copy Agent. Refine prompts, workflows, and quality standards to ensure the AI genuinely sounds like Rohlik. • Localization & Quality QA: Monitor and optimize AI copy across DE, AT, HU, RO, and CZ for cultural nuance and linguistic excellence. • Campaign Copywriting: Personally write and refine copy for strategic brand campaigns and high-visibility storytelling. • Brand Governance: Ensure all customer-facing copy (CRM, Paid Media, Product) aligns with global brand guidelines. • Cross-Market Collaboration: Work closely with Group Brand, Performance Marketing, and local teams to align messaging and scale AI adoption. What We Look For • Experience: 5+ years in copywriting, content, or brand roles. • AI Savvy: A strong interest in prompt engineering and content automation, with experience scaling AI-assisted workflows. • Editorial Judgment: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high editorial standards for AI-generated text. • Mindset: Curious, analytical, and eager to challenge existing processes. • Languages: Fluent in English and Czech ; other European languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
