We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to help keep our technicians moving efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to think quickly under pressure. Schedule Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Alternating Saturdays (with Thursday off that week) What We Offer Competitive pay: $20–$21/hour DOE Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Vacation & Holidays Ongoing training and professional development Stable, growing company with over 40 years in business More than 30% of employees have been with us 10+ years Employee perks including box seats to Capitals games and Jiffy Lube Live Team events for employees and families What You’ll Do Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently Prioritize emergency and high-priority customer calls Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Communicate updates between customers and field technicians throughout the day Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests Maintain accurate customer information and service records Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage dispatch operations Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every interaction Support a positive, team-oriented work environment What We’re Looking For Prior customer service/dispatching experience Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and hold others accountable Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software preferred Why Join My Plumber Plus?
