What You’ll Own As our first-ever Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the right hand to our founders. You’ll operate in the thick of strategy, finance, product, ops, and go-to-market.

But make no mistake—this isn’t a calendar management job. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role for someone who loves uncertainty and is energized by complexity. You’ll tackle ambiguous challenges, drive clarity, and ensure decisions become reality. You will bridge ideas, people, and execution across the company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Decision Support

  • Partner with founders through complex, high-stakes problems: market positioning, pricing, org design, capital allocation
  • Lead strategic projects end-to-end: structure challenges, crunch numbers, synthesize insights, and deliver crisp recommendations
  • Build frameworks and resources that drive better, faster decisions
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to every function
  • 1Cross-Functional Execution
  • Ensure alignment and progress on our most important company-wide initiatives
  • Act as the connective tissue across marketing, sales, product, finance, and operations
  • Anticipate issues before they surface; fix what’s falling through the cracks
  • Turn leadership decisions into clear, actionable priorities—and guarantee follow-through
  • 1Investor & External Relations
  • Drive preparation for fundraising: build data rooms, financial models, and compelling investor narratives
  • Shape powerful board updates, external presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Transform complexity into persuasive stories
  • 1Operational Leverage
  • Identify where the leadership team can reclaim time—and make it happen
  • Design, implement, and evolve processes that scale as we do
  • Break bottlenecks and raise the operational ceiling across Warren

About you • You have a record of excellence in high-growth, complex environments: consulting, banking, startups, or similar

  • You thrive in ambiguity—digging deep, connecting dots no one else sees, and distilling complexity into clarity
  • You build your own frameworks, starting from first principles
  • You don’t just generate ideas—you make them happen, and you finish what you start
  • You move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution—you’re as happy in a spreadsheet as in a strategy session
  • You are an exceptional communicator: clear, persuasive, and structured—especially when things are uncertain or high-pressure
  • English fluency is a must (bonus: Dutch or French; legal or finance experience; track record in a regulated industry)
  • Most of all: you crave responsibility and want to be the person the leadership team depends on most
