BOH Associate

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This position will help support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance. Duties & Responsibilities • Assist with daily inventory replenishments • Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards inline with brand expectations • Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt • Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports • Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season • Assist with reviews of stock flow and storage processes • Support management with cycle counts and stock takes • Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates Qualifications • Experience in retail operations and stock handling • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel • Flexible working hours For more information, view our Candidate Privacy Policy
