The Role Our story started with SMS, which it's still our largest global footprint. But the market is moving fast: from SMS-only towards richer, multi-channel, AI-powered conversations. CM.com brings all major channels together in one platform (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Instagram, Apple Messages, and more) and connects them with customer data, agentic AI, and payments.

Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, from NL-Alert and DigiD, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive. But channels alone are only half the story.

As Account Executive, you're not just selling connectivity, you're showing clients how the full CM.com platform transforms the way they engage their customers.

You'll own the Dutch market: managing and growing a portfolio of 4,000+ existing clients while driving new business across Logistics, Finance, Tech & Media, Telco, Utilities, and Government.

In the first 12 months, you will: • Take ownership of your client portfolio: drive growth through new business sales and by bringing more value to existing accounts, engaging C-level stakeholders in Technology, Security, and Marketing

  • Work across diverse industries and help clients adopt new channels (RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Instagram, and more) and conversational AI to stay ahead of market trends
  • Run the full cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations across complex enterprise sales processes with multiple decision makers
  • Identify where conversational messaging, service automation, and AI agents can solve real problems for your clients and turn that into pipeline
  • Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team
  • For this position, we can only consider candidates who already hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
